On 20 June 2025, we inaugurated our new logistics centre in district 15 of Budapest. The line-up of illustrious guests included, among others, the mayor of the district, who welcomed our project as a major contributor to the future of the local community. In designing the building, our objective was to incorporate the latest logistics technology and thereby promote sustainability of operations. Our large-capacity cool-room storage systems (also capable of accommodating pallets) together with modern robotic solutions enabling some of the processes allow us to serve our customers swiftly, accurately and in full compliance with stringent medicines handling and distribution requirements. We are pleased to report that the facility has earned a BREEAM V6 Very Good certificate, verifying that the building was designed and is operated with outstanding environmental awareness and energy efficiency in mind. The ceremonious opening crowned a long period of preparation and implementation, and also marked the start of a new era: one where operations meet customer focus, safety, as well as commitment to and responsibility for the environment.
